Macclesfield Hospital has implemented ExtraMed's A&E Whiteboard to streamline the management of accident and emergency traffic. The system, which combines a Promethean interactive whiteboard with ExtraMed's advanced patient tracking software, has helped Macclesfield to reduce the number of 'four hour' breaches by providing a real-time and visual record of patient activity. East Cheshire NHS Trust have also implemented ExtraMed's Beds and Discharge Manager products.
